To see the Edit Labels and Widths option when modifying a customised template for sales forms inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know that you'll have to select a part in the template model inside the Content section. We'll be happy to walk you through the process and provide you with screenshots for visual reference:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Choose your preferred template design, and then head to the Content section.
- Click the Activity table section on the greyed-out template model that you see on your screen. After that, it'll show you the contents of the activity table that you can modify.
- Select the EDIT LABELS AND WIDTHS.
- Beside the Rate and Amount field, add the Euro (€) sign.
- Click the Done button once you're ready.

If the issue persists, it may have something to do with the data accumulated by your browser. In this case, we recommend performing basic browser troubleshooting, like accessing your company file using an incognito browser and performing the task there. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private browser:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
Once you're in, create or modify a template. If it works and you can access the Edit Labels and Widths, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
