This suggests that the issue may be specific to your setup or configuration. Here’s how:
- Sign into your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
- Enter brief concerns in the field.
- Tap Continue.
- Click the Chat or Callback option.
