Any related information that concerns the SPF record or SPF TXT record is handled by our Intuit Developers. I suggest contacting them through this Support site to get enough details so you can add it right away to your DNS server.
You can ask your customers to set a rule and allow your email address to go to their inbox automatically and not to their spam folder. It helps their email provider recognize the Intuit domain as a trusted site.
In case you want to add or modify your template, especially the email address that appears on your sales forms, you can use these resources for reference:
- Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online
- Change the email address your customers see in QuickBooks Online
