Manage Customers and income

This answer clearly shows that the person providing the solution is clueless because the discounts are not properly calculated if you add them as a percentage meaning that if I invoice 5 items that have 5 different discounts on them I now have to calculate the discounts manually. If I hadn't checked this I would have received tons of claims from my clients for incorrect discounts. Guys this is really bad and I don't think Quickbooks cares to be honest. We have been requesting the ability to add discounts to individual items as a percentage for years now and still nothing.  If we can't get such a basic but very important feature then what is the point of having Quickbooks Online, honestly if I still have to calculate discounts manually. All we want is to be able to sell 5 bottles of water at 5% discount, 10 bottles of Orange Juice at 7% Discount, 8 packets of crisps at 10% discount without having to calculate these manually. The reason why I pay a subscription to Quickbooks is to make my life easier not more difficult.
