Manage Customers and income
I am sorry @DebSheenD but your suggestion does not work because it does not show the VAT number in the header of the invoice where it is supposed to be. Further, this approach requires me to re-enter our VAT number every single time we create an invoice. This is unacceptable. Quickbooks, like other accounting packages *MUST* have an option of showing our VAT number on top of invoices in the header in order to comply with EU legislation. Otherwise your product should not be sold anywhere in European Union.
Please do not waste our time with these mediocre workarounds. Go and do the right thing: add the missing feature to the product so it is not half-baked like now. I really hate how you are trying to avoid following the correct course of action (fixing broken Quickbooks Online) and make it look like it is my problem. Oh, and don't ask me to do your work by submitting feature requests. I and others here have done enough on your behalf, now do your bit. Please.
