@JessT the Company Registration Number is a different thing from VAT number. We need both to show on invoices. It is a legal requirement to have VAT number on tax invoices in EU, including Ireland, where I am based. The company registration number should be also shown, but it is not a requirement, VAT number is.
While on that subject, even when I selected the Company registration number option, it got renamed to something weirdly called "Govt UID" when I pressed Print. Please make sure to:
- Add VAT number on invoice headers
- Ensure Company registration number is printing as "Company registration number" for those who want to use it and not as some silly GOVT UID whatever that happens to be.
It is very annoying to see how Intuit seem incapable of such basic compliance with European Union regulations.
