Manage Customers and income
I've got you covered, @joearaneta.
You can utilize the multicurrency feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to change the currency to an invoice if your customer uses different currencies. Here's how to set it up:
- In your QBO account, click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Advanced menu.
- Select the Currency section and choose your Home Currency.
- Turn on the Multicurrency checkbox, then confirm.
- Click Save, then Done.
Once done, you can now add the currencies you use. Let me guide you how.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Currencies.
- Select Add currency.
- From the Add Currency drop-down, choose the new currency.
- Hit Add.
I'm adding this article for more guidance: Turn on and use multicurrency.
