Let's try browser troubleshooting to resolve this. Use a private window, this won't store browsing data:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
- For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
If the Customer button is showing, let's go back to your regular browser. Then, clear the browser's cache to delete stored browsing files, check this article to know how: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1884697. You also have an option to use a different browser.
Follow these steps on how to update company address:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Go to Company, and click the pencil icon for Address.
- Enter the new company address.
- Click Save, then Done.
