QuickBooks sends invoices for subscription fees automatically to the email linked with your Intuit account, gbradburn.
You'll need to click on View payment history, download the document in PDF format, and send it manually to the AP Department. Here's how:
- Access the Gear icon, then navigate to Subscriptions and billing.
- Select the link for View payment history.
