How can the "Accept card payments with paypal" payment option be automatically selected when an invoice is created?

I create invoices and the tick box is not selected is there a way to have it automaticly selected?

When you connect PayPal to QuickBooks Online and enable these permissions, the "Accept card payments with PayPal" option is auto-selected for every invoice.

I recommend reviewing your settings to check the permissions and ensure the option is always selected when creating an invoice. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Integration icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

3. Open the Action dropdown and choose Settings.
