How can the "Accept card payments with paypal" payment option be automatically selected when an invoice is created?

To ensure the Accept Card Payments with PayPal option is automatically selected, you first need to set it up. You can do this through the Apps section or by clicking Connect to PayPal directly from the Invoice page.

Here are the steps for the app:
 

1. Go to the Apps section and search for Accept Card Payments with PayPal.
2. Click Get App Now.
3. Follow the prompts to authorize PayPal to connect to QuickBooks.
4. Choose the Chart of Account where PayPal payments will be recorded, then click Next.
5. Select the Chart of Account for categorizing PayPal fees, then click Done.
