App has updated and when I try to invoice click on product or services and it doesn’t do anything it’s not letting me open that tab?? Help

First, let's ensure you have a strong and stable Wifi or Cellular data connection. If the connection is stable, we can restart or refresh the app and your device to clear temporary bugs. Here's how:
For iOS
- Go to Settings, then select General.
- Tap on iPhone Storage, and choose the QuickBooks Online app.
- Select Offload App.
This action will free up storage space without removing the app's documents and data.
For Android
- Go to Menu, then select More Options ⋮.
- Tap on Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
