Let's now refresh your browser. Start by logging into your QBO account using an incognito or private browsing window. This will enable you to work with a clean slate. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, please attempt to import the invoices again. If it works, clear your browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. You can also use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

 

Additionally, you can send customer statements to show summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
