Thanks for joining the thread, blerp. If you're still having issues with your PayPal bank feed connection after doing a manual refresh and editing your bank sign-in info in QuickBooks Online, we suggest to please contact our Customer Support Team. Here's how to contact us:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the ? Help button.
- You can use the QB Assistant and enter your question or topic. If you can't find answers to your questions, select Contact Us to be connected to an expert for help. Note: you need to enter a question or search for an article before you'll see the Contact Us option.
