Manage customers and income
Hi Atlas,
Right now, there isn't a way to retrieve nor look back at the emails you sent from QuickBooks Online. Here’s how how to check the invoice sent status in QuickBooks Online.
- Click on Sales menu tab.
- Choose All Sales to see all sales transactions.
- From here, you'll see the STATUS column if an invoice was sent, viewed and overdue.
You can also run the Transaction List by Customer Report and Customise them to add filters and rows.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Search for Transaction List by Customer.
- Click on Customise button.
- Select on Rows/Columns link and tick box for Sent.
- Do the same for Filter.
- Click on Run report.
That's it! You'll see an invoice status from the Sales tab and reports.
