Hello, @davids2.

 

I know a way how we can stop emailing invoices in QuickBooks Online.

 

We can set the delivery options to None to end the emailing of invoices.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Click Customers from the left menu.
  2. Choose the customer name and click on Edit at the top right corner.
  3. Look for the Payments tab. Set the Sales form delivery options to None.
  4. Hit Save.
