PayPal is the only merchant option for payments in QBO AU that allows your customers to pay their invoices online anytime and anywhere on any device by credit/debit card powered by PayPal payments.

On the other hand, you can still use the Square app for your business. With this option, your Square sales data is automatically imported into your QuickBooks account and save you from manual entry. Once imported, you can match and categorise them from the Banking tab.
