Make sure to follow the steps below on how to contact the Intuit Developers Team.
 

1. Visit this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
2. Scroll down, and click on Contact Support button.
3. Click Sign in if you have an Intuit account, if not click Create Account.

If you're not log in, or don't have an Intuit Account you'll have to create an account using your email through Intuit Account Manager https://accounts.intuit.com.

Then, go back to the Intuit Developers website and submit a ticket.
