Hi Hamid_Khan,
A pay slip notification will be sent to an employee after you click on Publish Pay Slips and select Send notifications to employees then Send.
Also, you can try to check the on how the employee receives a pay slip notification which can be via SMS or email. Here's how:
- Go to Employees tab.
- Select an employee.
- Select Pay Run Defaults.
- Then Pay Slip Notifications.
You can use below steps to check if the pay slip is emailed successfully:
- Go to the Employee tab.
- Select Payroll Settings.
- Under Business Management column, select Mail Log.
- Select date range or email address to help checking delivery status.
