Thanks for joining this conversation, @Mallika Kodituwakku.

To check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue, try signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once logged in, go back to the reports again to double-check.

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Thanks. FritzF,

Clearing Cache I have done many times and it does not resolve the problem. I have been using QBO using Google Chrome since 2016   on Windows Os up to October 2020 and never experienced this. Since last October I am using Mac OS with Google Chrome  and experienced this problem suddenly while I was working on QBO. Please give me a proper solution to resolve this issue. Thanks.
