Manage customers and income
Hi Lawn-Scapes,
I'm sorry to hear this hasn't resolved for you. Can you try instead updating your address directly on the invoice using the following steps:
- Go to the Settings icon (top right) and select Custom Form Styles.
- Locate the 'Master' template in the list, and select Edit to the right.
- Select the 'Content' tab and click on the top third of the invoice to open this up.
- Select the +Address option, edit as needed and then click Done (bottom right).
I would also suggest clearing your browser's cache to ensure it is not displaying outdated files/information. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience with QuickBooks:
- Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen.
- Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked.
- Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data.
- Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more.
I hope these steps will help resolve the issue however if not, I would encourage you to reach out to our Support Team directly on 1800 046 038 for further troubleshooting as we are here to help!
