Hi Lawn-Scapes,

 

 

I'm sorry to hear this hasn't resolved for you. Can you try instead updating your address directly on the invoice using the following steps:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon (top right) and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the 'Master' template in the list, and select Edit to the right.
  3. Select the 'Content' tab and click on the top third of the invoice to open this up.
  4. Select the +Address option, edit as needed and then click Done (bottom right).


I would also suggest clearing your browser's cache to ensure it is not displaying outdated files/information. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience with QuickBooks:

 

  1. Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen.
  2. Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked.
  3. Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more.
