Since you already contacted our QuickBooks Support, we'll be sending you updates soon regarding the resolution status via email. While the safety of your data is our top priority, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team for any follow up needed.
Here’s how to reach them:
- Go to the Help menu to access the Search window.
- From there, scroll down to choose the Contact us link.
- In another window, type the issue/topic in the field box and hit the Let’s talk button.
- Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.
