If your logo is appearing on your invoices and meets the above criteria, it should also be visible on your Quickbooks Online profile.
It may be best to give one of our Customer Success Representatives a call so we can view what's happening.

Alternatively, if you would like a call-back from a representative or talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select Contact us.
4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.
5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
