Thank you for visiting the Community, @jandjmurrayenter.
I am here to help you upload the logo to your profile in QuickBooks Online. Before we start, make sure to meet the following logo requirements.
- a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
- smaller than 10 MB
- 24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)
- square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
- using the standard RGB colour space
Just be guided that if your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools before you upload it to QuickBooks Online.
In adding the logo to your profile, here are steps that we should follow:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
- At the upper right, from the New style drop-down, select the appropriate form.
- If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template then select Edit under the Action column.
- Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.
- Click the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
- Locate and select the image you want to use then select Open.
- Once uploading is done, select Save, then Done.
For further guidance in adding a logo, here's a help article that you can check out: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.
