To isolate the issue, you can perform the basic troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague, FritzF. Accessing your account in an incognito window will help you roll out the browser as the culprit of the issue.
However, if the same thing happens, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account details and run a series of tests to rectify the issue. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Enter "Talk to a human" in the search bar.
- Select Contact Support Team.
- Enter the "Error code:-81832" in the search bar, then choose Contact Support Team again.
- Select Send a message to start a conversation.
