Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click the Help icon, then proceed to the Search tab.
- Utilize the search field or open an article.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
- Choose Have us call you or Chat.
Our phone support is available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT. Chat support is available on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEDT and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEDT. QuickBooks Advanced Support is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEDT.
