It's great to see your proactive approach by including your own email to verify whether the invoices are being sent. Currently, please note that there's an ongoing investigation about invoices not being sent, and our engineers are working diligently on a fix (INV-94215). To receive updates, please reach out to our Live Support team. They will add you to the list of affected users and provide you with all the necessary information about invoices not being sent.

 

Here’s how to contact our Live Support team:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the upper right corner of your screen, click on Help (?).
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Start entering your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Please choose a way to connect with us:
  • Assistant tab and select Talk to a human.
  • Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
