The EFT details are only shown on the Airy template and the contact number is on the Content Header, user28191. Let's review the one you're using to ensure it displays that information when printing.
Start by opening the invoice or creating a new transaction, then Customise on the toolbar to choose the correct template (Airy New). Doing so will apply what we have set up in the form.
Additionally, please check if you ticked the phone field for the contact number to appear on the template (Airy New). I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Pick the invoice template to Edit.
- On the window that pops up, navigate to the Content tab.
- Tap the form's Header to see the settings and confirm the checkmark.
- Hit Done.
