The QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials plan only allows up to 3 users plus 2 accounting firms. Let me share what subscription can add up to 5 users.
You can have the QBO Plus subscription to add 5 billable users and 2 accounting firms. Feel free to read this article for more info: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online.
If you wish to upgrade your subscription, you can follow these steps:
- Login as primary or company admin in your QBO account.
- Hover your mouse to Settings and click Subscription and billing.
- Ensure your payment info is up to date.
- Select Upgrade your plan in the QuickBooks section.
- Review the available;e plans and then tap Choose plan.
- Upgrade your plan by following the on-screen steps.
