The error message you receive usually occurs if the name of the account in your CSV file doesn't exist or matches the one that you have in the Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks.

 

Therefore, you need to check and make sure the name that appears in your Chart of Accounts is the same as the one that you have in your CSV file.
