You can simply click on the Print or Preview button under the Create statements page to be able to print batch statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Select Sales at the left pane, then click on Customers.
- On the Customers page, mark the customers' name you want to create statements.
- Click on the drop-down arrow under Batch actions, then hit on Create statements.
- Once done, click on the Print or Preview button to print the statements.
- Click on Print.
If you're experiencing the same problem after following the steps provided, I recommend replicating the steps in the private window to help us verify if the issue is within the browser you're using.
To use a private browser, you can use these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you're able to print the statement successfully using a private browser, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QBO experience. For the steps, you can read this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.
