Then, log in to your account in a private browsing window to determine if this is a browser-related issue. Below are the following shortcut keys:
 

  • Google Chrome:  Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox:  Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari:  Command + Shift + N


If the problem continues, you can switch to another supported browser to ensure a smoother QuickBooks experience.
