While I’m unable to directly reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), kura. I’d love to help you address the issue.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the MFA code can take a couple of minutes to arrive. If you used an email address, here are a few things to check:
- Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email is there.
- Verify all possible email addresses you may have used to sign up.
- Add Do_not_reply@intuit.com as a trusted sender in your email settings or unblock it.
If you’re using your phone, make sure 88811 and 97962 aren’t blocked. If you don’t have your phone, check your text messages on your carrier’s website. To resend the code, click I didn’t get an email or I didn’t get a text message on the sign-in page. Only the latest code will work.
