I'm joining this thread to provide additional information on your query about how to print using a receipt printer to be sent to your email address.
Here on QuickBooks Online Community, we can provide you with how to print receipts. Also, we don't have access to send you an email with instructions on how to print it. You can follow the instructions found on the community post.
You can adjust the paper size by following these steps to make sure your sales forms are printed correctly:
For printing in Google Chrome:
- Select Sales from the sidebar menu and click on the All Sales tab. Open the transaction you need to print.
- Choose Print or Preview and Pick Print or Preview again.
- Click Print and then choose More Settings. From the Paper size drop-down menu, choose Letter.
- Set the scaling to 100 and uncheck the Fit to page. Click Print when you're done.
For Safari or Mozilla Firefox:
- From the sidebar menu, go to the All Sales tab. Open the document you want to print.
- Choose Print or Preview, and then choose Print or View again. Click Print. Select Actual size.
- Choose a Paper source by PDF page size.
- Set the orientation to Auto portrait/landscape. Print to finish the process.
