My main goal is to ensure you'll be added successfully to your clients' books.

 

Before providing any troubleshooting steps, did you or your clients encounter any error messages when adding you as a user? Sharing additional details will help us determine its cause and provide accurate steps to fix this. A screenshot would be a great help, too.

 

Since you're unable to add the pictures, make sure they are supported. I've added the types of images you can attach below.

  • .jpg/JPG
  • .jpeg/JPEG
  • .gif/GIF
  • .png/PNG

 

To add the images, please follow the steps:

 

  1. Click Reply.
  2. On the Reply to message page, click the image icon.
  3. Select the Choose Files button.
  4. Locate the screenshots you'd like to add, then attach them.
  5. After that, click Done.
