Before providing any troubleshooting steps, did you or your clients encounter any error messages when adding you as a user? Sharing additional details will help us determine its cause and provide accurate steps to fix this. A screenshot would be a great help, too.
Since you're unable to add the pictures, make sure they are supported. I've added the types of images you can attach below.
- .jpg/JPG
- .jpeg/JPEG
- .gif/GIF
- .png/PNG
To add the images, please follow the steps:
- Click Reply.
- On the Reply to message page, click the image icon.
- Select the Choose Files button.
- Locate the screenshots you'd like to add, then attach them.
- After that, click Done.
