Hello there, @Drex!
You can manually create the opening balance of your new company by entering it directly from your chart of accounts.
- Go to Accounting.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Click New.
- Under Account Type, select Equity.
- Below the Detail Type menu, select Opening Balance Equity.
- Enter the name of your new account.
- Under Balance, enter your opening balance entry.
- Click Save and close.
