As much as I wanted to help you right away, but this nature of concern should be taken care of by them as it needs to be done in a private environment. Certain things will need to verify through the help of their appropriate tools. Let's see if they can do something when applying for a new discount on your subscription.

Here's how to contact them:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click the Help icon at the upper-right corner.
3. Click the Contact Us button.
4. Enter a brief description of your concern inside the What can we help you with? box. Something like "Need help in applying new discount to our subscription".
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. In the Choose a way to connect with us page, you can select the any of the following:

• Start a chat 
• Get a callback

Open a new QBO AE account with current discount rate

Then utilize a 3rd party tool to migrate data between QBO accounts

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it to lower your cost.
