Changing the language settings in QuickBooks Online is unavailable at this time. We’re continuously looking for ways to enhance our product features.


Our customers’ voice is important to us and we take feedback as an opportunity to guide us on which area we need to improve on. I’m taking note of this idea and passing it along here on my end.


Alternatively, you can use the Language settings of the browser to change the one you're currently using. For Google Chrome, here are the steps.

  1. Tap the three-dot icon to select Settings.
  2. Then, click the Advanced link below to access the Languages section.
  3. From there, hit the drop-down for Language to access the Add Language window.
  4. Mark the box for the one you want to use, and then press the Add button.
