If all of your clients followed the recommended troubleshooting steps above, and still getting the error, then I suggest reaching out to QuickBooks Support Team. They have more tools to initiate a screen-sharing session and look into this further.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Help (?) at the top right and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field and click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Get a callback or Start Messaging.
