Thanks for attaching the pictures of the printed sales receipts, usersharkasifresh.

I can share some tips that can help fix sales forms printing alignment issues.

First, please make sure to use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You'll also have to verify that your browser is configured to work with Adobe Acrobat Reader 11.0 since this program controls all the printing processes in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, the recommended paper size for printing invoices and sales receipts in the program is Letter (8.5 x 11 inches). You can follow the steps below in adjusting the paper size to ensure that your sales forms will be properly printed.

If you're printing in Google Chrome:

  1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu, go to the All Sales tab.
  2. Open the transaction you need to print.
  3. Choose Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview again.
  4. Click Print, then go to More settings.
  5. From the Paper size drop-down menu, select Letter.
  6. Uncheck Fit to page, then set the scaling to 100.
  7. When you're done, click Print.

If you're printing in Safari or Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu, go to the All Sales tab.
  2. Open the transaction you need to print.
  3. Choose Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview again.
  4. Click Print.
  5. Under the Page Sizing and Handling section, select Actual size.
  6. Select Choose paper source by PDF page size.
  7. Under Orientation, select Auto portrait/landscape.
  8. Hit Print to complete the process.

However, if the alignment is still off after performing the steps above, you can try updating your browser or clearing cache and cookies to further isolate the issue.

Lastly, I've included an article that will guide you in designing your invoices and sales receipts to boost your business' brand: Customize sales forms.

You can always find me here if you have any other concerns or further questions about this topic. Have a great rest of the day.
