Manage your account

A new account using the same log in might have been created, B2F77.

 

To check if that's what happened, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Click Switch Company.
  3. Look for the correct account and click on it.

 

If you can only see one account, please reach out to our chat support or call us in between 8:30 AM to 6:30 Pm AEDT. They can verify your account information and check why your account was cancelled. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QucikBooks.
  2. Type in a short description of you concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Click Chat or Call Us.
