We can transfer the primary admin role to an existing QuickBooks user, Nanna.
Or, add them as a company admin if they are not currently a QuickBooks user. Once they’ve been added and have accepted the invitation, transfer the primary admin role to them.
If you're unable to contact the current primary admin, here's what to do:
- Gather documents for your request.
- Send your request by clicking the Request Primary Administrator Update button form in this article: Request to be the primary admin or contact.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the form.
Once completed, our dedicated team will review and finalize the application. After that, you will receive an email notification about the status of your request.
