It sounds incredibly challenging to sort through these transactions without the unique PayPal IDs in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ultramoo. That results in a tedious and time-consuming task to reconcile everything manually.
We appreciate you for coming up with a workaround to import the PayPal transactions. The error 185 disruption means that transactions from your PayPal account may not be imported into QBO. We are actively collaborating with the PayPal team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We’ve identified two workarounds to help you keep your books tidy in the meantime.
First, you can upgrade your PayPal bank connection by using the Accept Card Payments with PayPal App if you have a business account with PayPal. This provides more stable bank feeds and helps ensure your transactions are imported promptly. Second, if you have other account types aside, please contact our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with this one. Here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) menu, then click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Hit Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a call back from the next available expert.
