Yes, your data will remain intact after you downgrade your plan. However, please be aware that certain features may become unavailable, particularly when switching to QuickBooks Online Simple Start or Essentials, as these versions have different functionalities.

Here's how to downgrade:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
- Go to Settings and select Subscriptions and Billing.
- Make sure your payment info is up to date.
- In the QuickBooks Online section, select Downgrade your plan.
- Review the available plans and then select Choose Plan.
- Follow the onscreen steps to downgrade your plan.
You can also export your reports, lists, and other files from QBO into an Excel file to keep a copy of your data.
