Are you trying to change your user id/email when signing in to QuickBooks Online? If yes, follow these steps to change your user id on file. 

1. Log in to your QBO file.
2. Click on the profile icone next to Settings.
3. Click on Manage your Intuit Account.
4. Click on Sign in & Security.
5. Select your User id and email address.
6. Make changes.
7. When your done, click on Save.

If you wanted to remove a user id, log in directly to accounts.intuit.com and click on Remove a user id. Select the user id you wanted to remove.
