Manage your account

I have an alternative method for exporting your data in QuickBooks Online (QBO) during the one-year read-only access period, @BlairH.

Since you don't have Excel to access your exported data, I suggest running reports directly in QBO and exporting them to PDF.

To do that:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for the specific report you need.
  3. Customise the report as needed.
  4. Click the export icon dropdown, then Export to PDF.
  5. Select Save as PDF.

I'll share this article containing the reports available based on your subscription: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Additionally, we'd love to have you back if you decide to resubscribe or reactivate your QBO account.

Just leave a response below if you have further clarifications or concerns regarding exporting your data. The Community team is here to help you every step of the way. Stay safe and have a good one.
