For now, the option to let clients accept estimates is still not available. You'll want to manually change the status of the quote in QBO as previously suggested.
I would also recommend adding feedback about this. The more requests we receive about a particular feature, the more likely it will be part of the new update. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Type in your feedback and suggestions about giving the customers button to accept estimates.
- Click Next to submit them.
In addition, there are also third-party apps that offer additional features when it comes to managing estimates. They can be synced with QBO so it would be easier to send data back and forth. Here's how:
- Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
- Type in "quotes" in the Search bar.
- You can also click the drop-down list for Browse categories and select Manage sales.
- Select a sub-category.
- Browse each app to get more details about the features that they're selling.
