Since you're still having an error after trying the steps provided above, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. They can check your account in a secure environment, isolate the error you're having and resolve it.

 

You can reach them by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Provide us with some information about your concern.
  3. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the Let's talk button. 
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our team.

You can add those latest bank transactions in QBO. Just manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your QuickBooks account.

After adding them, you can now match, categorise, and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions:
