Hi SUSAN DENT,
I understand that you would like to receive a notification if an email has bounced. Let me show you the other way on how to see an undelivered invoice.
- Go to Sales tab and select Invoices.
- On Status drop-down menu, select Needs attention.
- You can click on an invoice and then select Resend an invoice.
- If you would like to send an invoice in batch, select the invoices you would like to send.
- Then on Batch actions drop-down menu, select Send.
If you select the Resend an invoice option, you will see if an email address is unreachable. Kindly verify the email address with your customer or use a different one. On the other hand, you can try to check on this link to see the list of transactions failed to send: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/statementErrors.
For multiple invoices and statement sent at the same time for the same customer, kindly try to send an invoice on a private or incognito window or use a different browser to see if you encounter the same behaviour.
