I appreciate you for trying the steps I shared and letting us know the result. Allow me to route you in the right direction on how to get in touch with our QBSE Care Team.


Currently, the investigation is only for QuickBooks Online customers. Since you’re getting the same error, I recommend contacting our support team and report this issue to them.


They can create an investigation ticket if other customers are experiencing the same error. To reach them, follow these steps.

 

  1. Tap the Assistant icon to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Enter the issue in the field box. For example, online banking issue.
  3. Click I still need a human menu.
  4. This will display the list of our support options.
  5. From there, choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
